Sometimes it feels like I’m in a bad mood for no apparent reason. I’m just off. I woke up and feel like this. Yet nothing has happened. Nothing has gone wrong. The same problems from yesterday are here today, yet yesterday I didn’t feel like this. Why is this so? What can I do about it? Remember to breath, take stock of how you’re feeling. And observe it. Think of things you are grateful for. Write them down. Picture people you wish to be happy and healthy.
