How to be present.
-Listen to every single word that comes out of the person’s mouth as if each word stands alone. So you fully listen to everything they’re saying
-take a moment to feel everything you’re feeling in your body. From the top of your head to the soles of your feet.
-Feel what’s going inside of your mind, your heart, all the emotions coming and going. Recognize them for what they are
-Take a moment to appreciate everything that’s going on around you -observe it rather than judge it
