I slept in today because I forgot to set my alarm. Starting my day like this always make me feel like I’ve failed. But it’s just an hour I slept in. I mean how much can an hour impact my day and then impact my life? Probably nothing. Then we can look at the days in which I wake up early. Dollar cost averaging? If I have this negative mindset then my whole day will get screwed up. But it’s okay. It’s just an hour. I don’t have to assign a morality to it saying it’s good or bad. It’s more sleep! That’s it.
Yesterday I was playing spikeball and having lots of fun and doing well because my mindset was just to have fun. And being positive.
